Blueberry Rhubarb Jam! Freshly picked rhubarb and wild Maine blueberries...what a combination! For many years we too made Strawberry Rhubarb Jam, but I was looking for something a little different. After perfecting this recipe a few years ago and putting them side by side at several farmers markets, it sold so well that I’ve never made strawberry rhubarb again! One taste and you’ll see why...as a topping on ice cream or yogurt it can’t be beat. On a scone or muffin and a dab of butter, it’s eye opening!
